Rita Turenne, 99, passed on February 12th at the Jeanne Jugan residence. She was the wife of the late Edward Turenne. Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late Armand J. and Leda (Charette) Bouvier.
Rita is survived by a son, Robert Turenne, his wife Eileen, three grandchildren, Michelle Gray, her husband John, Robert Turenne Jr., his wife Hope, and Thomas Turenne, his wife Beth and six great grandchildren, Katie, Patrick, Caroline, Joey, Lauren and Ella, She was the sister of the late Armand J. Bouvier Jr., and Irene Bouvier.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, February 17th at 9:30am in Holy Spirit Parish, Dexter St., Central Falls. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 964 Main St, Pawtucket RI 02860. www.thekeefefuneralhome.com.
